Square Enix has not reviewed Diablo, endorsed Diablo, or granted Diablo permission of any kind. Nothing on this site, in our communications, or in the server itself should be read as implying otherwise.

Use of Square Enix material

Any Final Fantasy XI artwork, music, character designs, storylines, zones, or mechanics referenced or rendered by Diablo remain the intellectual property of Square Enix Co., Ltd. in full. Diablo makes use of this material for non-commercial, community, and preservation purposes. If Square Enix requests the removal of any specific material, we will comply.

Non-commercial by design

Diablo does not sell access, subscriptions, items, cosmetics, boosts, priority queues, or anything else. The project is not monetized in any form. Any voluntary community donations, if accepted, cover server, domain, and operational costs only, and are accounted for publicly.

Nobody profits from Diablo. Not the owner, not the Game Masters, not the development team. The project exists because we want to play this game again.
